General Bequests
As a guide, Keeping Watch recommends the following wording for general bequests:
'I give [describe asset or amount or my whole estate or the residue of my estate] to the Royal Australian Navy Relief Trust Fund ABN 49 934 525 476 (the Fund) to be used for the general purposes of the Fund and direct that the receipt of anyone of the Trustees for the time being of the Fund shall be sufficient discharge to my trustees.'
